Standard Item Processing Times: All standard items are processed within 4 days and shipped to the depot for dispatch. To expedite your order, we offer priority processing, ensuring that your product is shipped within 48 hours or 2 business days.
Custom Item Processing Times: Custom order processing times vary based on the level of detail required for the product. Check each product page to identify corresponding processing and production times.
Shipping Times: We offer free standard shipping worldwide (list of countries below).
The standard shipping times are as follows:

- Europe: 1-2 weeks*
- USA: 1-2 weeks*
- Middle East: 3 weeks*
- Central Asia: 3 weeks*
- Australia and New Zealand: 2-4 weeks*

Estimated delivery times are based on recent deliveries and should not be seen as guaranteed delivery times. We do our best to ensure the shipping process is as smooth as possible, but in case of delivery delays, we do not issue refunds. Currently, we do not offer express shipping due to associated costs.

Shipping Restrictions Currently, Italy and Canada are the only places with restrictions on received package shipments. Elsewhere in the world, there should be no issues receiving our products.
